  1. Request the Application Package
    Contact us to receive a complete application package, which includes detailed guidelines, a card scan application, a fingerprint form, a payment form, and a checklist.
  2. Get Your Fingerprints Taken
    Visit your local police station or a Notary Public to have your fingerprints taken.
  3. Send Documents to Our Office
    Mail the completed documents to our office. We will digitize your fingerprints and securely transmit them to the RCMP.
  4. Receive Your Police Report
    The RCMP will process your fingerprints and send the police report directly to you or a designated third party via Canada Post regular mail.

Once we trans­mit fin­ger­prints to the RCMP, we will send you a con­fir­ma­tion email.

To check the status, you can call the RCMP at 613-998-6362 or send­ an email to CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.

The RCMP do not allow us to check the status or follow up with them.

Yes they can. You can for­ward credit card pay­ment form to your friend or fam­ily mem­ber. They can com­plete it, sign it and email to us.

You can pay by a credit card (Visa or Mas­terCard only), Pay­Pal, email trans­fer, an inter­na­tional money order or a bank draft.

The pho­to­graph is printed on the cer­ti­fied crim­i­nal record check issued by the RCMP. With fingerprints, we also trans­mit a pho­to­graph of the applicant to the RCMP.

Yes you can. You would need to com­plete and send third party con­sent. We will receive RCMP’s criminal record check and send it to you via courier, at an addi­tional courier fee.

The average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks plus the mailing time (Canada Post regular mail)

If there is a crim­i­nal record, the RCMP can take from 1-4 months or even longer to send the results.

The police can take fingerprints with live-scan and print them on paper. We would need that printout.

There is no way to transmit fingerprints electronically from outside of Canada to our office or the RCMP.

We can­not process a pho­to­copy. You would need to send the orig­i­nal fin­ger­print form via post or courier.
