Certified Criminal Record Checks & Canadian Document Apostille Services
We provide professional assistance with Certified Criminal Record Checks and the apostille or legalization of Canadian documents for international use. Whether your destination country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention or not, we ensure your documents are processed accurately and efficiently through the appropriate Canadian authorities.
Our services are ideal for individuals and businesses requiring official Canadian documents accepted abroad for immigration, employment, education, marriage, or legal purposes.
Apostille Services for Hague Convention Countries
For countries that are signatories to the Hague Convention, we facilitate the apostille of Canadian documents through:
- Global Affairs Canada (GAC)
- Official Documents Services (ODS), Toronto
An apostille certifies the authenticity of your Canadian documents, making them legally valid in all Hague Convention member countries without further embassy legalization.
Document Authentication & Legalization for Non-Hague Countries
For countries not signatories to the Hague Convention, we manage the complete authentication and legalization process, including:
- Authentication by Global Affairs Canada
- Legalization by the relevant embassy or consulate
This ensures your Certified Criminal Record Checks and other Canadian documents meet all international legal requirements.
How It Works
1. Provide Document Details
Contact us with information about the documents you need apostilled or legalized and the destination country.
2. Receive a Personalized Quote
We provide a clear, competitive quote with no hidden fees based on your specific requirements.
3. Efficient End-to-End Processing
