Yes. Live Scan fingerprints are acceptable provided they are printed onto paper and the fingerprint card follows a layout similar to the RCMP fingerprint form C-216C. The printed fingerprint form can then be digitized and electronically submitted to the RCMP by an accredited Canadian fingerprinting agency.
