Apply for an FBI Identity History Summary Check
Applying for an Identity History Summary Check (police check) from the FBI USA is not that complicated. You can walk in with two valid IDs. We can take your fingerprints and provide you with a standard FBI fingerprint card (FD-258). You can apply online and send the fingerprint card to the FBI
The cost of fingerprinting is $39.00 plus HST and we will provide you a standard FBI fingerprint card.
We also offer a one-stop service and can take care of the whole process at a reasonable cost $110.00 plus HST. This cost also includes the FBI fee US$18.00. We take care of the whole end-to end process.
In case you are outside of Canada, we can email a complete application package. You can get fingerprints taken in your country and send us the complete FBI fingerprint card and the completed forms. We will handle the remaining process.
Where to get fingerprints taken for the FBI Police Check?
You can walk in to our office with two valid identification documents. We can take your fingerprints with a live scan machine and print them on a standard FBI fingerprint card with an FBI certified printer. The live scan fingerprints are preferred and accepted by the FBI. We can also take fingerprints with ink & roll method
In case you cannot come to our office, you can get fingerprints taken by the local police and send us the fingerprint card to our office or straight to the FBI.
