Get Your Fingerprints Taken
Visit your local police station or a Notary Public to have your fingerprints taken.
Send Documents to Our Office
Mail the completed documents to our office. We will digitize your fingerprints and securely transmit them to the RCMP.
Receive Your Police Report
The RCMP will process your fingerprints and send the police report directly to you or a designated third party via Canada Post regular mail.

You can have your fingerprints taken by the local police stations, private fingerprinting agencies or the Notary Public Offices. The RCMP do not accept self-taken fingerprints.

You can use the fingerprint form from out application package or a form used by the local police.

Once we transmit fingerprints to the RCMP, we will send you a confirmation email.

To check the status, you can call the RCMP at 613-998-6362 or send an email to CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.

The RCMP do not allow us to check the status or follow up with them.

Yes they can. You can forward credit card payment form to your friend or family member. They can complete it, sign it and email to us.

You can pay by a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), PayPal, email transfer, an international money order or a bank draft.

Why do you ask for my photograph?

The photograph is printed on the certified criminal record check issued by the RCMP. With fingerprints, we also transmit a photograph of the applicant to the RCMP.

Yes you can. You would need to complete and send third party consent. We will receive RCMP’s criminal record check and send it to you via courier, at an additional courier fee.

The average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks plus the mailing time (Canada Post regular mail)

If there is a criminal record, the RCMP can take from 1-4 months or even longer to send the results.
